Required Hardware
We recommend the use of the R310 single axis receiver, a T310 rotating laser and the ProFlangeV2 software for measuring the Flatness of Flanges..
We offer training and rental services for this equipment.
- ProFlange is a superb solution for flange measurement:
- For the measurement of flatness and or twist on circular planes such as flanges, use a sweep laser such as the T310. A rotating beam means you do not have to touch the source while measuring. Use the R310 with its 80mm measurement range in the wireless version to avoid messing with cables.
- All measurement are displayed in 3-D and in colour. You can rotate the 3D image to get the best view.
- Mounting of the T310 is possible either on the flange with a bolt hole adapter or outside the object on a tripod for example.
