Typically we are dealing with machine guides which transport the product rapidly through a number of tooling stages. Our  equipment  measures over a range of 1-40 meters where accuracies of < 0.1mm are required in both the vertical and horizontal planes.

You need to level your machine or a series or disconnected planes. Using the T310 precision sweep laser you have a reference plane of more than 50 meters in all directions which adjusts itself to level all the time. You can use several sensors at the same time if needed.
